The Challenge

Integrating the new Line 7 filler required rapid deployment and precise execution within a live, high-output production environment. The primary objective was to install critical utility and structural components without impacting ongoing dairy operations.

The Delivery
JPML established self-sufficient workstations equipped with power and gas distribution. Our mechanical team then fabricated custom stainless steel brackets tailored to the asset’s structural requirements, followed by the precision engineering and installation of all necessary service and process pipework.

The Result
The project was completed on schedule and to exact specification. All works strictly adhered to Müller’s stringent food-grade hygiene standards and rigorous safe work practices, ensuring the new line transitioned smoothly into operational readiness.
